UNIVERSAL 32-55" PLASMA/LCD TV/DISPLAY MOUNT This mount features heavy gauge cold-rolled steel for a stable and secure mount. The mount profile is 1.9" in the flat position yet provides for up to 25 degrees of forward tilt. Dual barbell type adjustment knobs lock the angle of tilt on each of the two display brackets. The brackets mount separately to the display allowing for lift and lock installation. The universal design fits the vast majority of 32-55" TVs. Specifically it will fit any TV up to 165LBS with a hole pattern up to 27.7" horizontally and 19" vertically. This includes the standard VESA 100, 200 and 400 hole patterns. The mount does not fit VESA 800. VESA 800 has unusually wide mounting holes which are 800mm (approximately 32 inches) apart horizontally and is used by certain LG and Philips units. The mount includes written instructions and mounting hardware. The hardware package includes display screws in the standard 5, 6, and 8mm metric sizes. The hardware package also includes spacers to accommodate TVs with curved backs, recessed anchor holes, and where the user would like additional separation from the wall. Recently some lower cost displays have used 4mm metric screws which are not supplied. Typically these would be provided by your display manufacturer but they may not be provided and this could require a visit to the hardware store for display screws.
